Medfield TV's Scarecrow Spooktacular is a scarecrow competition and fall festival to fundraise for Medfield TV. As a Steering Committee member, I played an essential role in developing this annual event and pitched this fundraising idea. I created the branding, managed advertising, oversaw scarecrow registrations, directed sponsor videos, and more.
